The Regulator has announced a new Competence and Conduct Standard, revisions to the Transparency, Influence and Accountability Standard, a revised Code of Practice and some changes to its Tenant Satisfaction Measures framework. While some requirements will be phased in, many of these changes come into effect from October 2026, so now is the time for social housing providers to start preparing.
