Andy Chapman

Andy is a Senior Consultant and works in the treasury and finance team. He is an experienced long-term financial planner, primarily working on the Housing Brixx platform in the UK.

Expertise and Experience

Andy is a financial planner and also provides support on development appraisal, merger work, due diligence and rent modelling. His vast experience in consultancy in the social housing sector has spanned more than 30 years. Starting his social housing work supporting councils to set up housing associations under the large-scale voluntary transfer scheme, he has continued working in financial planning, as well as working on development parameters, benchmarking and even producing a spreadsheet-based development appraisal for smaller registered providers.

About Andy

Andy joined DTP as a senior consultant in 2010 after working at consultancy practices within Deloitte and Touche and Price Waterhouse Coopers, as well as smaller consultancy Beha Williams Norman Ltd. He has developed DTP’s Brixx service over the years and has been instrumental to growing DTP’s retainer clients. Outside work, Andy enjoys spending time with his family and pet dog, as well as supporting Ipswich Town FC and he loves to read.
