Prima Group – Mock Inspection

Prima Group is a housing provider with more than 2,700 properties in Liverpool, Sefton and on The Wirral, plus a small number of properties in Llandudno.

Objective

To provide an objective, external opinion on Prima’s readiness for inspection by the Regulator of Social Housing (RSH).

What we did

Replicating the RSH’s approach, DTP carried out a comprehensive mock inspection over a three-month period, which included:

• website review
• document review
• observation of key meetings
• interviews with customer groups, executive and non-executive team members

What we achieved

DTP produced an outcome report detailing our findings, validating areas of strong practice and providing an evidence-based view on where improvements could be made. Our work gave Prima Group a clear and independent assessment of their readiness for inspection and supported the organisation in targeting future improvements.
