Senior Consultant
Keith is a Senior Consultant working in the treasury and finance team and is also part of the wider team delivering Rent Standard compliance services.
Keith spent more than 12 years in a housing consultancy role and 25 years in financial services prior to that, working on a broad range of projects including audit and quality assurance, design and delivery of customer service improvement programmes and supporting income teams with training and call coaching.
Keith joined DTP as a consultant in 2022 and specialises in rent compliance, supporting Housing Associations and Local Authorities with rent audits, modelling, rent setting processes and helping clients to navigate the complexities of the Rent Standard. His social housing sector experience also includes work with income teams to improve call quality and the customer experience, call coaching, delivery of workshops and quality assurance projects. Outside work, Keith enjoys travel and getting out for hill and coastal walks, particularly on the west coast of Scotland.

Sue is a Senior Consultant and is in the treasury and business planning team. Her main role is managing and supporting a portfolio of more than 20 Brixx retainer clients, as well as supporting clients on delivering treasury strategies and undertakes interim assignments.
