Andy Gladwin

Andy heads up DTP’s finance team and acts as the lead treasury consultant for many of DTP’s retained treasury clients.

Expertise and Experience

Andy’s 35 years of experience in finance roles means he has extensive expertise in various areas. His main specialisms include treasury management, fund raising, restructuring, business planning and financial accounting. Additionally, he is skilled in investment appraisal, financial modelling, risk analysis and mitigation, as well as financial due diligence. Andy’s experience extends to supporting business growth and managing mergers and acquisitions.

About Andy

Andy is a chartered accountant. Prior to social housing, he had a variety of finance roles at Marks and Spencer, including corporate finance and M&S’s international businesses. Almost 20 years ago, Andy made the move from retail to social housing when he joined the Riverside Group.  He joined DTP as a director in 2019.  Outside DTP, Andy is a co-opted member of the audit and risk committee of a Registered Provider based in his old home town of Hull, having previously served on the board and as chair of the committee.  Andy is a supporter of Hull Kingston Rovers following them through their many lows and very occasional highs.  Andy is also a keen fell runner, cyclist and music gig goer.
