Senior Consultant
Marcus is a Senior Consultant and provides support on governance, regulatory compliance and value for money, as well as wider strategy development support.
Marcus is a governance professional with extensive knowledge and experience in governance, social housing regulation and compliance assessment techniques. He has expertise in developing governance frameworks in group structures for social housing, charitable and commercial organisations, as well developing quality assurance assessments to evidence compliance with social housing regulatory and statutory requirements. Specialising in supporting organisations in reviewing, assessing and meeting governance and regulatory standards, Marcus also has considerable experience in strategy development, performance management and service improvement frameworks, data protection, value for money assessments and developing customer voice frameworks.
Marcus joined DTP in 2024 after working in the social housing sector for more than 20 years, operating at Executive Director level, as well as being a non-executive on a number of social housing boards. Outside work, as a qualified chef, Marcus enjoys cooking and relaxes by spending time with his beloved French bulldog and also supporting his local football team.

Andy is a Chartered Accountant and has over 15 years of experience within the social housing sector working as a finance director within a large national registered provider.

Sue is a Senior Consultant and is in the treasury and business planning team. Her main role is managing and supporting a portfolio of more than 20 Brixx retainer clients, as well as supporting clients on delivering treasury strategies and undertakes interim assignments.
