Paul Hillard

Paul is a Director and DTP’s lead for our clients in Scotland. Paul is also part of the wider team delivering our strategy, governance and regulatory compliance support services, including strategic options appraisals and risk management support.

Expertise and Experience

Paul has considerable experience of social housing provision in Scotland and England. He has led several large-scale change management processes, including organisation redesigns, developing and implementing new operating models, merger & group structure activity, and developing new services. He is an experienced non-executive in the social housing and education sector, and more recently in commercial housing development.

About Paul

Paul has worked within the social housing sector for more than 35 years, working with a variety of housing providers, most recently as Chief Executive of Irvine Housing Association (now Riverside Scotland). Paul joined DTP as a Director in 2021. Outside work, Paul enjoys cinema, reading and sports, particularly football and cycling.
